How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort to process orders within 2-7 business days of when they are received.
In the US, Once the package is shipped it can take 15-25 business days to be delivered.
Delivery times for International Orders vary by country.

What is estimated delivery time?

Our system calculates an average of all orders, the time they reached the customer, and from here we manage to have an indicative date for the order to reach you.
But please note that during this period in some areas due to Covid-19 the delivery of the order may vary, and it gets much harder than estimated. It’s not our fault.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you do not see your country on the list when checking out, please let us know.

Where do the products come from?

The country of origin is China, the products are sent to you from our warehouses which is in China or America where they are in stock.
For this reason, the delivery time of the products varies

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is shipped.

What does On-Hold, Processing, Complete mean?

On Hold – Your order has been received by us, but it is pending until it can be processed.
Processing – Your order is in the process of being shipped.
Complete – Your order has left our warehouse for you.

Why can’t I find my order tracking number?

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to synchronize our system with that of the courier company, because they have a very long delay in updating the information.
After receiving an e-mail that your order is complete, within 5 days you can request a link to follow the order on [email protected]

Can my product reach me faster than the estimated delivery time?

All our products are free of charge, but if you want your product to reach you faster, before completing the order, you can request a price offer at [email protected] to choose another delivery method, in -a shorter time and thus we can offer you different faster ways, for a fee.

We accept all major credit/debit cards!

What is your return policy?

You can return any merchandise for up to 5 days after the delivery date.
Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
You will be responsible for shipping fees. Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
